Requirements:

Workplace Prerequisites

• Age requirement: 18 years or older
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English Capability to professionally manage challenging calls Availability for work between 4 PM and 11 PM CST Monday–Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST On Saturday Sunday (Hours may differ according on location)
• Required to work one weekend shift per week, either on a Saturday or Sunday. Capable of listening to and understanding respondent responses and typing them into the company’s survey software platform with accuracy and efficiency.
• Preferred is a typing pace of 30 words per minute while keeping accuracy.
• Capacity to spend the most of the shift sitting and typing Capacity to supply own equipment (laptop, headphones, webcam etc.)
• Establish a dedicated, peaceful workspace free from interruptions where you may conduct business.

Equipment Needed

Our system makes use of a number of software technologies that are best accessed on a desktop or laptop computer using a browser. The further technical specifications for this role are shown below:

• A Mac computer running a recent version of MAC OS OR a Windows PC running Windows 10—Chromebooks are incompatible with our systems.
• 8 GB of RAM and a quad-core CPU
• Chrome’s most current version of update
• the capacity to install software on a computer
• An individual email address that may receive files
• 10 Mbps is the download speed for the internet.
• Straightforward wired connection via plug-in
• Direct power access via plug for laptops or computers
• Headset with microphone: USB or wired (no Bluetooth)

• Intelligent mobile device with the ability to download applications and receive messages through data or Wi-Fi connections
