Responsibilities:

This is what you’ll do on a daily basis:

• Offer therapists who are already using the JC platform coaching to help them adopt it (e.g., lay out success criteria and work with clients to co-create relationship-specific success goals with measurable objectives).
• Provide a demonstration of our platform to our network of therapist-users in order to support and respond to any queries they may have as they attempt to incorporate KAP into their practices.
• Handle routine client inquiries via a shared mailbox and provide member support via a variety of channels (SMS, phone, emails)
• Provide input and insights to the group in order to spark requests for and ideas for new products.
• Collaborate with your immediate supervisor to: (i) recognize “at-risk” clients; (ii) carry out A/B testing trials and record playbooks to enhance platform adoption; and (iii) escalate unanswered issues and complaints. Work together with cross-functional teams to promote ongoing process enhancements and provide top-notch customer service.

Requirements:

This is what we are trying to find:

• Three or more years of experience in a customer-focused capacity in coaching, customer success, relationship management, account management, or a related field
• Prior healthcare experience is advantageous, especially in the areas of clinical psychology, psychotherapy, or mental health
• One to three years of experience working in an early-stage company setting (before series B)
• The capacity to guide and coach people to attain desired results while demonstrating empathy
• A people-first approach and a commitment to support our clients in achieving their objectives
• Extremely meticulous and well-organized
• Excellent interpersonal and listening abilities
• Outstanding written and vocal communication abilities, including the ability to create clear, succinct messages that clarify ideas and offer constructive criticism.
• Proven track record of working with internal teams where you like solving problems and thrive in collaborative contexts
• Proven capacity for quick learning, iteration, pivoting, and swift movement while being flexible and adaptable; does not fear change but rather welcomes it as a chance for creativity and personal development
• A data-driven strategy for success that measures objectives with KPIs and analytics
• At ease utilizing G Suite, Hubspot, Stripe, Zendesk, Calendly, and other applications to do daily chores.
• Self-starter who enjoys creating new products and doesn’t mind operating without restrictions
