Responsibilities:
Minimum Education Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, communications, or a related discipline is desirable.
The minimal amount of experience needed is:
- At least five to ten years of sales experience outside of academia are required.
- It is necessary to have prior educational sales experience.
- Having contacts and ties at all of Texas’ ISDs is a big benefit.
- Possibility of traveling up to 70% inside a predetermined area
- demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in time management, account development, and qualifying opportunities
Required Skills:
- Speaking and presenting in front of big crowds with ease
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities; the capacity to contact, establish a connection, and engage with possible clients

Requirements:
JOB DUTIES: (Including but not limited to)
Development of New Accounts
- Investigate possible sales prospects in the designated area to identify important contacts.
- Find new sales chances by cold phoning institutional leads, both fresh and old.
- Project sales, create “out-of-the-box” sales models and methods, and assess their efficacy
- Using a variety of channels, prospect and develop a sales pipeline (email, phone, trade show leads, and inbound website leads)
- Create email campaigns to find more prospects for leads and inquiries.
- Provide advisors and teachers with webinar presentations and orientations that highlight the potential of the UWorld product and platform.
- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to record customer takeaways, product feedback, and market insights.
- Make meetings with decision-makers a priority, and provide presentations and sales demos in person.
- Attend trade exhibitions and seminars.
- Keep a close eye on every detail when handling each individual sales activity, including call logs, emails, follow-ups, and notes.
- Reach the quarterly and monthly targets based on the targets for new sales revenue.
Group Cooperation
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to support prospective clients and guarantee that institutional ties are maintained year after year.
- Adjust to a growing business
- Attend team meetings, assume ownership of projects aimed at improving sales, and carry out other given tasks.
- Forward eligible prospects to the relevant sales representatives for additional development, decision-making, and planning.
- Establish responsibility and accountability by independently finishing tasks and assignments on schedule. Hold yourself and other people accountable for achieving goals and upholding standards.
- Work together with direct reports to ensure that they have a strategy for personal and professional development aimed at improving their knowledge, skills, and professional conduct.
- Seek for chances for one’s own development via conferences and educational initiatives.
