Responsibilities:

• Give clients outstanding phone, text, email, and live chat service.
• Collaborate fluidly throughout various divisions to address client concerns
• Speak out for our clients’ needs and identify ongoing issues that need to be fixed
• Help with proactive client reengagement initiatives with an emphasis on the customer experience
• Own team procedures that have a weekly schedule and make recommendations for enhancing internal effectiveness

Requirements:

• Two years minimum of experience working in a customer service or success job
• Exceptional customer service abilities combined with a gentle and sympathetic manner
• The capacity to work a flexible schedule, which may include working weekends, late evenings, or early mornings
• Tech-savvy attitude to daily work and communication: experience with Slack, Zendesk, and G-Suite (especially Google Sheets) is highly advantageous!
• Ease of remote communication with teammates
