To serve and expand the book of clients that have been given to you by offering exceptional customer care, educating the client, seeing chances for revenue development, and promptly producing renewals. Account managers support their colleagues and concentrate on growing their current book of business.
Responsibilities:
- In order to support business growth, collaborate with the sales team and customer success to clearly communicate the central reach value proposition, vision, and strategy.
- Organize and oversee a consistent Business-Review schedule to ensure that we grow alongside our clients.
- Collaborate strategically with clients to evaluate their company objectives and match them with our offerings of goods and services.
- Present pertinent solutions to clients and prospects through product demos and presentations.
- Actively oversee talks and account renewals, placing a focus on expansion and long-term agreements.
- Keep precise records and feedback about customer input—both victories and losses—in the CRM.
- Engage and communicate with CentralReach business/technical teams and customers in a proactive manner on the competitive landscape and product feedback.
- Participate in the CentralReachProduct Council, offer direction and input based on actual consumer contacts, and assist in setting the future for the product.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications and Experience
- You’ve worked as an account manager in a SaaS sales environment for at least five years.
- A bonus would be account management experience in the health technology industry.
- It’s advantageous to have prior CentralReachplatform experience.
- zeal and aptitude for fully comprehending a client’s industry in order to inform clients about the value that CentralReach will provide to their company.
- You have a burning desire to succeed and support CentralReachsales and clients in their endeavors.
- You have prospered in an environment that is analogous to a startup, where change is the only constant.
- You set ambitious objectives and put forth a lot of effort to meet them.
