At Honor, your work as a Senior Product Manager will be crucial in determining the course of our projects and seeing them through to launch. We are looking for someone that is extremely driven, has great communication skills, a sense for execution, and is passionate about coming up with original solutions to problems. Honor might be the right location for you if you enjoy leaving your mark in multiple areas at once. The product team is small, lean, and fast-paced.

- You have the ability to bring a variety of stakeholders into alignment, from strategy to execution. You must be a skilled communicator with the capacity to explain complicated concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in order to succeed in this position.
- You behave as though you own something. You are a self-starter with a strong propensity toward action who works well in a fast-paced setting and handles ambiguity well. You combine a high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- You are a systems thinker who enjoys delving deeply into the information and applying fundamental concepts to your reasoning. You establish precise success criteria, welcome experimentation, and use creativity to come up with quick learning strategies.
