Since this is a part-time, remote job, the candidate must be available to work five hours a day, Monday through Friday, from a remote location. The specific hours will be decided upon and approved by this person’s management.

In this position, you will communicate with company representatives—typically HR—by phone, email, chat, online forms, fax, and other channels in order to get the information you need to finish verification requests. You will often be multitasking between several means of communication. You must possess internal passion and drive in addition to being a proficient writer and speaker. We are searching for capable multitaskers who are driven to establish an operational excellence culture and who can pick up new skills fast and handle a variety of technology platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Speak with HR or other company staff to get the information you need to finish the verifications.
  • Solve issues tenaciously and creatively to finish verifications in the allotted period.
  • Develop business relationships with our clients and internal teams by communicating with them via a variety of channels (phone, email, chat, online forms, fax).
  • Handle many tasks and navigate across various platforms at the same time to establish a dependable and effective workflow. Ultimately, you have responsibility and accountability for the outcomes that you achieve.
  • Self-manage the workload and incoming verification inquiry pipeline throughout the day in accordance with the volume of incoming requests.
  • Recognize the subtleties of employment and income verification in order to continuously propose ways to enhance the procedure or spot bottlenecks.
  • Advanced problem solving, investigation, and follow through are necessary for this role. You must also continuously modify your workflow to efficiently complete various duties.
