Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing performance data to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing data-centric marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and maintain marketing performance reports for various channels and campaigns.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support data-driven demand generation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of data-driven initiatives.
- Manage and maintain marketing data infrastructure and databases.
- Identify operational challenges and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements:
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience preferred.
Additional Preferences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics or data analysis.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Proven experience in healthcare, hospitality, and financial service industries is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations, including HIPAA.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.

- Prospecting: Proven track record in identifying and targeting new prospects and customers through data-driven strategies.
- Data Infrastructure Management: Knowledge of data management best practices, including data quality assurance, data governance, and data security.
- Performance Measurement: Ability to establish KPIs, track marketing campaign performance, and use data to optimize strategies.
