Job Description: The Traffic Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Operations team in achieving annual marketing goals for Manheim, NextGear Capital, IMS, and Inventory Solutions. This role requires exceptional communication, project management, time management, and organizational skills. The Traffic Manager will ensure that work flows smoothly through the process, following procedures and controls for scoping, allocation, and timing. Previous agency experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the creative workflow and department capacity.
• Utilize Monday.com to track campaigns and enhance transparency for both Manheim and NextGear teams.
• Receive cross-training on other Enablement functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in Marketing, project management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate deadlines effectively.
• Outstanding team player and relationship builder.
• Experience with project management platforms, preferably Monday.com.
