Quince is seeking a Coordinator for Influencer Marketing who is a self-starter, problem-solver, and adept at leveraging technology and data for optimal outcomes. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scale the influencer marketing channel across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate closely with the Influencer Marketing team to expand successful collaborations with influencers of various sizes.
  • Acquire licensed rights to high-quality content.
  • Develop data-driven methodologies for reporting value.
  • Contribute to the strategy of ongoing influencer efforts, positioning Quince as a world-class Influencer program that sets trends and pushes boundaries.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage influencer campaigns across all tiers of influencers, from nano to celebrity, to enhance the brand’s social presence and optimize marketing efficiency.
  • Oversee daily tasks including influencer sourcing, vetting, outreach, negotiations, contracting, order placement, tracking, and reporting.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with top-performing influencers and explore new prospects for Quince’s influencer programs.
  • Execute influencer campaigns, from product seeding to managing budgets exceeding $100K per month on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Stay informed about current social media platform trends and possess a deep knowledge of these platforms.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance influencer initiatives and maximize their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support relevant initiatives, partnership requests, and content needs.

Requirements:

  • Preferred 2-3+ years of digital influencer experience.
  • Passion for social media and influencer marketing.
  • Profound knowledge of top social media platforms, including growth strategies and brand partnerships.
  • Ability to identify communication and growth opportunities within the influencer ecosystem.
  • Track record of achieving results and driving projects, particularly within influencer programs.
  • Collaborative, hardworking, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge and interest in fashion, beauty, and/or interior design, especially on social media, is a plus.
