CrowdStrike is looking for an experienced and dynamic Certifications Program Manager to lead their certification initiatives and shape the future of professional development. As a Certifications Program Manager at CrowdStrike, you will have a pivotal role in developing, managing, and growing their certification programs. Your responsibilities will cover the entire lifecycle of certification products, from conception to market launch and ongoing maintenance. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure the success and relevance of the certification offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive certification program strategy aligned with company goals and industry trends.
  • Product Development: Manage the end-to-end product development process, including defining certification requirements, content creation, assessment design, and quality assurance.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs, continually refining and enhancing certification programs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, marketing teams, and external partners to create, update, and market certification programs.
  • Program Maintenance: Continuously assess and update certification programs to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with industry standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold the credibility and integrity of certification assessments.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for certification programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and materials for effective promotion of certification programs.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Compliance: Ensure that certification programs comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with third-party vendor Pearson VUE to design, develop, and deliver legally defensible high-stakes proctored exams. Use Pearson VUE Exam Developer to build exam blueprints and IntelliVUE to ensure satisfactory exam performance. Collaborate with Credly to build digital credentials for certification achievement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product management, especially in managing certification or education programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to certification programs.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and drive innovation in certification offerings.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Passion for education, professional development, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
