Humble Bundle is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding their digital storefront by overseeing strategic partnerships for the business. If you’re a self-motivated and tech-savvy marketer who excels at establishing and nurturing mutually beneficial partnerships, while also effectively managing the marketing aspects of these collaborations, this opportunity is for you.

You will join a highly impactful growth marketing team responsible for various growth strategies, including paid ads, partnerships, email marketing, affiliates, and promotional growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire partnership marketing program, from initial identification and establishment to ongoing management and reporting.
• Cultivate strategic and authentic relationships with partners, founded on trust and positive outcomes.
• Develop a systematic and repeatable approach to partner outreach in collaboration with the Business Development team.
• Maintain internal relationships with Business Development and Finance to ensure the success of Humble’s partnerships.
• Handle ongoing communication with partners and serve as a primary liaison, gathering partner feedback and gauging satisfaction.
• Forecast, measure, and report on partnership results, including co-created or co-branded marketing promotions.
• Establish and manage comprehensive records related to partner outreach using an internal CRM.
• Stay well-informed about all Humble products and offerings.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of partnership management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or related fields.
• Strong interest in fostering and expanding relationships with other businesses.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
• Experience in the gaming industry and ecommerce is a plus.
