Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive appointments and calendars.
  • Organize and streamline email communications.
  • Create presentations and spreadsheets.
  • Handle social media management.
  • Establish structure, workflow, and processes.
  • Research and recommend technologies.
  • Administer CRM, including updates and data entry.
  • Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and reservations.
  • Assist with project coordination and event planning.
  • Provide personal support as required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Available during business hours (Mon-Fri) with a commitment of at least 15 hours per week.
  • Previous experience in administrative support.
  • Home office setup, including a computer with webcam (Mac or PC) with minimum 1.0GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, and the latest MS Office suite.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Smartphone with email capabilities.
  • Designated professional and quiet workspace.
