• ERG Leadership: Provide strategic oversight and manage resources for Employee Resource Groups, driving group initiatives.
• Trend Analysis: Monitor global DE&I trends, positioning Ancestry as a proactive, informed leader in promoting belonging.
• Communications Expertise: Craft and convey Ancestry’s DE&I story using data and narratives to raise awareness and inspire action.
• Event Orchestration: Organize impactful events and training to foster conversations and learning about inclusion.
• Project Management: Lead DE&I projects with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Educational Partnerships: Build collaborations with diverse educational institutions to enhance our community and talent pool.
• Communication Mastery: Excel in communication, guiding Ancestry towards a more inclusive and equitable future.

Your Profile:

• You have over 4 years of experience in DE&I or a related field.
• Recognized for expertise in DE&I project management and engagement.
• Proven track record in creating, implementing, and evaluating successful DE&I programs.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a record of delivering high-quality work.
• Influential and effective communicator, both in writing and speaking.
