Responsibilities:
- Create and execute HR policies and procedures for the entire organization.
preserving personnel records in accordance with national and local labor laws and guidelines - Maintain and oversee Rapptr’s employment process and career board, communicating with both internal hiring teams and candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding process, conduct performance reviews, and offer general assistance to staff members.
- assist with managing payroll and benefits
- Maintain discretion when handling employee relations and mediating or resolving disputes among employees.
- Create, mail, and monitor client invoices
- As needed, assist Rapptr’s executive team members with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- One or more years of HR expertise, with administrative experience preferred
- Understanding of domestic labor laws, HR policy, and best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, payroll management services, and/or benefit management platforms
- Outstanding multitasking, organizing, and time management abilities
- Capacity to act with honesty, discretion, and professionalism at all times
- A degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline is advantageous.
