Joining our vibrant team as a Content Writer, you will answer directly to the Senior Content Development Manager. Your duties as a crucial member of BloomTech’s learning team will go beyond creating engaging content. Together with your classmates, you will work directly with the marketing staff, teachers, and program and product designers.

Responsibilities:

  • Compose material that is readable, engaging, and succinct for a variety of online publications, such as newsletters, emails, SMS, and social media posts. To maximize engagement, use various design and media methods.
  • To guarantee accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand rules, content should be edited and proofread.
  • Content should be customized for the various learner segments and phases of the process, from enrollment to job placement.
  • Examine performance indicators for SMS and emails, including as open, click-through, and conversion rates.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to spot patterns and trends and formulate wise suggestions for improving communication tactics.
  • Use A/B testing together with other strategies to boost click-through rates and enhance email and SMS engagement.
  • Create and put into practice learner engagement techniques to improve the educational process as a whole and promote a feeling of community.
  • Work together with other teams to match material to events, milestones, and initiatives of the program.
  • Keep an eye on student feedback and modify communication tactics according to their requirements and preferences.
  • Work together with the instructional, design, and marketing teams to make sure that all communication items have the same branding and messaging.
  • Keep abreast of developments in learner communications and content marketing, including best practices, emerging technology, and industry trends.
  • To raise learner satisfaction and success rates, use feedback and iterate communication tactics often.

Requirements:

  • A track record of success authoring and editing content, ideally in an educational or online learning setting.
  • Interest in a position that focuses on learner engagement and retention, such as email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork abilities, used for both crafting engaging learning stories with students and facilitating productive internal stakeholder collaboration.
  • Knowledge of contemporary marketing technologies and platforms, as well as a strong desire to keep up with changes in the marketing technology field.
  • Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to understand data in order to optimize content.
  • Competence with analytics tools (Tableau), SMS marketing solutions (HeyMarket), and email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Outstanding writing and vocal communication skills, together with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • The capacity to manage several projects, work in a fast-paced atmosphere, and adhere to deadlines.
  • This role requires 10–20 hours of work every week.

Good to have:

  • It is recommended if you have prior experience working as a digital copywriter, content writer, marketing copy specialist, or producer.
  • It is preferred to have experience with Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with project-based education.
  • Knowledge of both audio and visual.
