Responsibilities:
- Envision, oversee, and plan the implementation of the digital LatAm Marketing strategy for the area.
- Oversee the production of digital materials for our programmatic, social media, and sponsored search campaigns as well as the introduction of new digital channels, such as a new in-language website, to support our digital acquisition efforts.
- Monitor and oversee the engagement statistics for campaigns and content (for the acquisition campaign as well as on all other content programs).
- Create digital materials to support the implementation of new and current content initiatives and programs.
- Create segmentation based on data.
- Managing creative production for sponsorships, acquisitions, and content programs
Requirements:
Ability:

Extra Capabilities & Qualifications:
- Proven track of creating and implementing digital media strategies
- Advanced proficiency with digital channel management, including web, email, and social media Knowledge of Latin America and the Wealth Management Industry
- Portuguese and/or Spanish proficiency is necessary.
- Proficiency with social media, digital media, and paid search in digital acquisition campaigns
- Superb handling of reporting and data analytics
- Proven track record overseeing creative production and online development
- Outstanding problem-solving, relationship-building, and project-management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on detail-orientedness
- The capacity to function well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Self-reliant and proactive scholar
Requirements
- An MBA is preferred, but a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university is necessary.
- A minimum of six years’ experience in marketing, financial services, or investing
