Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation and execution of new goods and improvements, including their assessment, planning, and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with IT colleagues to specify needs and find solutions, all the while making sure that business goals are met.
• Collaborate with other divisions to convert their demands and specifications into user stories and requirements.
• Deliver project updates and briefings to stakeholders, highlighting risks, assessing effects, and suggesting requirements adjustments.
• Throughout the course of the allocated product’s life cycle and roadmap, exhibit advocacy and ownership.
• Provide insightful commercial insights and recommendations by analyzing and interpreting data.
• Manage the release backlog and establish, produce, and maintain a backlog of user stories.
• Collaborate with the User Experience team to oversee project completion and guarantee alignment between business needs and design/usability guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements: Education and Previous Work Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in communications, information technology, business, or a related discipline, or comparable experience and education
• Three years of experience implementing major new features or changing system behavior as a business analyst, systems analyst, product owner, or manager.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous work experience and education

• An advanced degree in a relevant subject
• Knowledge of choosing and utilizing third-party software development kits to improve tool and app offerings
• Expertise developing and delivering software with Agile and other SDLC methodologies
• Working knowledge of a product model with an outcomes-based approach to continuously enhance the client experience
• Alerts and journey/airline encounter

• Ability to pick up on business needs and projects rapidly, including their context, specifics, and priorities. Able to participate in relevant technical discussions, brainstorming sessions, questioning, and problem-solving.
• Interpersonal skills that foster trust and promote collaboration both inside and between product teams are emphasized.
• Capacity to operate efficiently, fulfill deadlines, and reorganize priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Meticulous and capable of identifying flaws, blunders, or terminology that could be misinterpreted in our alerts before they are distributed to clients.
• At ease raising their voice in meetings and giving informal presentations
