Responsibilities:
- Interacts directly with business units to comprehend their issues
- Creates innovative proof-of-concept solutions that the IT organization can quickly understand and use for production
- Create tables, stored procedures, and process data for use by sales applications and reports by using SQL and Databricks.
- To serve business customers, create Anaplan models with an emphasis on continuous improvement, adding new features, and resolving difficulties in production.
- Converting business requirements and issues into a new multi-dimensional Anaplan model
- Make data migration scripts in Python.
- Maintains the dependability of solutions via creating and putting into practice procedures and/or standards for database upkeep, documentation, and setup
- Creates and keeps up documentation for the company’s database environment and software solution.
- Provides tools for analysts to conduct statistical analysis and research using a variety of programming languages.
- Creates new predictive analytics and forecasting models to help strategy teams find patterns.
- Ad-hoc analysis and other program administration tasks are carried out when needed.
- Updating and maintaining historical reports created in Excel
Requirements:
Minimum requirements include education and previous work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, or a related field, or comparable experience or training
- 3 years in a comparable capacity
Prior work experience and education are preferred qualifications.
- Certification as an L1 or L2 model builder for Anaplan
- With a concentration on business technology, MIS or MBA/MS
- 5 years of professional development in an airline role
Knowledge, Permits, and Certifications
- Microsoft Programming Certificate or Microsoft Certification
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Azure, R, Microsoft SQL, Python, and Databricks
- Direct user communication capability
