Position Description
Thirty Madison is a healthcare brand providing personalized treatments and care to help their clients with chronic conditions. They are looking for a Growth Marketing Director to lead their customer acquisition and growth functions. The chosen candidate will employ their skills and strategic mindset to drive revenue growth, optimize the marketing mix, and scale digital and offline acquisition channels. The ideal candidate is someone with significant creative, analytical, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
• Developing and spearheading the growth marketing strategy to attain KPIs and success metrics
• Ownership of a marketing budget of about ~$50M across multiple online and offline channels
• Evolving attribution models and working with data teams to better optimize ROI for each channel
• Tracking market conditions and competitive trends to shape future plans
• Partnering with the retention team to drive customer acquisition through activation and CRM efforts
• Partnering with the brand team to develop an excellent brand experience and strategy
• Collaborating with key leaders across the department on strategic growth initiatives
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in growth, acquisition, or related functions
• Experience in management of marketing budgets of $30M+
• Experience leading teams of 5+ across different functions within Growth
• Knowledge of performance channels like Facebook, TV/OTT, SEM, and influence
• Keen interest in how brands build customer awareness, drive acquisition, and measure performance
• Experience working with finance teams on P&L and other business metrics
• Experience in growth forecasting and attribution modeling.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Experience with working in direct-to-consumer (DTC), retail, or subscription companies
• Genuine interest in healthcare and chronic conditions
