Position Description

Randstad, one of the major staffing agencies, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to work remotely in the Woonsocket, Rhode Island area on a temporary basis. The Paralegal’s role is to manage and execute day-to-day contracts workflows, ensuring that attorneys meet deadlines by drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and policies. Additionally, this role serves as a point of contact for inquiries regarding contracting matters, and provides legal support and research-related tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee day-to-day contracts workflows.
2. Assist attorneys to ensure all deadlines are met, contracts are executed and maintained in a manner that meets Randstad policies.
3. Respond to internal and external inquiries relating to contracting matters.
4. Conduct research on issues and gather information regarding long-term care contracting.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. 3 years or more of related experience in a similar role.
3. A thorough understanding of contracts workflows and processes.
4. Ability to create and maintain accurate and organized contract files.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $37.64 – $37.65 USD hourly, based on factors such as education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
