Position Description

The company is looking for an experienced Business Analyst specialized in Identity and Access Management who will help in gathering and documenting system requirements for an enterprise IT solution for a Pennsylvania state entity. The job is on a remote basis with occasional onsite work requirements. The chosen candidate will report onsite to obtain equipment for work and be employed with health benefits and 401K.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include gathering and translating business needs into software requirements, analyzing system programs, providing visual aids for requirements gathering, effectively testing the new system’s features during implementation, identifying, tracking and resolving issues, performing user acceptance testing to validate technical implementation based on given system requirements.

Qualifications

The expected qualifications include a minimum of 5 years experience as a technical business analyst, solid technical experience in SQL query for data analysis, API testing, and validation tools such as SOAP-UI; Postman, experience in working with LDAP structure, knowledge of XML, XSD, JSON, exceptional experience in troubleshooting application issues such as log analysis, and a good knowledge of access and Identity Management.
