Salary Range: $167,500.00 – $217,602.00

Position Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager for Ethics and Compliance Investigations to join our team at Peloton. The successful candidate will lead our Ethics and Compliance program investigations worldwide, work with cross-functional teams in Legal and other departments, and offer major compliance team support. Your role will require you to recognize relevant laws and regulations in all locations of our team members and observe compliance enforcement policy trends on a global level. You will be required to understand Peloton’s various business aspects, partners, members, and competitors to ensure that Peloton achieves its business objectives.

Responsibilities

– Work with Legal, People, and other teams to advance Peloton’s compliance program and ensure compliance with anti-bribery and corruption laws.
– Manage administration of Peloton’s whistleblower program, which includes completing reports from stakeholders in a timely manner.
– Respond and track to complaints, investigations, and corrective actions.
– Analyze investigations’ data and trends as they relate to whistleblower reports.
– Support internal investigation teams and ensure consistent and timely completion.
– Help the VP of Safety, Ethics, and Compliance with reporting compliance to the Audit Committee of the Board.
– Drive a global compliance policy framework, including developing new compliance policies in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
– Conduct risk assessments periodically; leverage results with People and Legal Teams to identify and apply practical compliance process and procedure improvements.
– Partner with the Legal, Team Member Relations, People, Global Safety and Security Operations, and other Teams to upgrade our ethics and investigation policies and procedures.
– Direct investigations and support internal investigations teams as necessary.
– Work across multiple functions with various internal stakeholders to develop compliance trainings for Peloton team members; document training certifications as required, and update training regularly based on new or emerging risks.
– Any other job functions required to support Peloton’s growing Compliance Function.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree required.
– Juris Doctor degree and active member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar preferred.
– Must have 7+ years of relevant experience with internal investigations and or the Ethics and Compliance domain in a law firm, in-house environment, or government service.
– Should have experience working with diverse employee populations, including corporate and field-based employees.
– Must be an independent and strategic thinker who works collaboratively and is willing to take on additional responsibilities.
– Should have strong ethics, integrity, and accountability with the ability to maintain the independence and confidentiality of sensitive information.
– Superb organizational skills and ability to manage projects concurrently while maintaining priorities and meeting deadlines.
– Proven ability to provide business guidance and solutions in compliance and ethics-related matters.
