Position Description

HealthMark Group is seeking an entry-level Quality Control Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that data entered into the database is accurate. You will report directly to the Quality Control Lead/Manager and work alongside colleagues in the data processing department.

Responsibilities

• Input data into the database software ensuring the accuracy of information entered
• Identify discrepancies, and gather missing information in the completion process
• Follow up with incomplete documentation and obtain further information to ensure the accuracy of the information entered
• Work in coordination with the Quality Control lead/Manager
• Record relevant notes on specific requests for proper handling throughout the request lifecycle
• Classify individual requests and ensure they are completed
• Follow C.R.A.F.T values and work quickly to meet high-volume demand

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer programs including data entry software
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
• Ability to work under pressure with limited time
• Type 40 wpm
• High-quality Internet speed
• Goal-oriented and focused on ensuring accuracy and speed
