Position Description
AbleTo is looking for a Data Analyst to join their Business Insights team. As a Data Analyst, you’ll carry out data-driven investigations of business questions, hold extensive experience working with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau, and possess knowledge of SQL. You will use your user-centered design skills to produce dashboards used by leadership to track business performance, while using your experience to design experiments that move key business metrics and evaluate the results. Ensuring data is captured in source systems and is made available for business intelligence applications will also be a part of your roles and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
• Conducting data-driven investigations of business questions and hypotheses
• Developing insights (understand data needs, designing client-facing reports, conducting analyses) that drive recommendations to enhance AbleTo’s products and operations
• Designing and building dashboards to support leadership in monitoring business performance and sharing impact reports with clients
• Successfully conducting experiments aligned with key business metrics, assessing the results while highlighting the implications of those findings to senior management
• Collaborating with data engineering and product team members to identify relevant data using business intelligence tools
Qualifications
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in a field with a quantitative or analytical bent
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in data analytics, product analytics, management consulting, or business operations at a high growth start-up
• Familiarity with healthcare industry (payers and/or providers) is preferred but not strictly required.
• Experience working with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau)
• Experience working with SQL

Salary Range: $60,000 to $120,000 USD Annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
