Position Description

International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF), a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, is seeking a highly motivated Digital Content Manager to join their global communications team. The hired candidate will be responsible for improving website performance and user experience to develop best-in-class digital storytelling aligned with IFF’s purpose, business goals, and core values.

Responsibilities

– Managing the day-to-day maintenance of websites and ensuring smooth operations
– Implementing website design updates, maintaining consistency in the look and feel of the organization’s websites
– Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that the latest product and service offerings are adequately showcased, as well as any company news or announcements
– Setting up and monitoring website analytics to track key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
– Optimizing websites for search and updating as per SEO rankings
– Troubleshooting any technical issues that arise, working with the relevant teams or vendors to resolve them efficiently
– Developing and executing website content updates such as new pages and blog posts
– Ensuring that the websites comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, including GDPR and accessibility guidelines

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience
– Proficiency in front-end web development such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with Drupal and content management systems
– Familiarity with SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies
– Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines, including GDPR and accessibility guidelines
– Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
– Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver high-quality results
– Excellent communicator with strong writing, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
– Experience with website security and maintenance best practices is a plus.
