Position Description

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Communications Consultant to join the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence. This enterprise is responsible for developing and implementing consistent standards for customer issue resolution, which enables better monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder communication. As the Lead Communications Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer correspondence and communication initiatives that support remediation efforts while delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

– Serve as a strategic counselor to more experienced management
– Develop and implement communication strategies to promote and maintain Wells Fargo’s reputation
– Advise management on the communication strategy that drives business priorities and supports Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
– Communicate with other teams to ensure alignment of communication strategies and messages

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, Corporate Communications, or equivalent
– BS/BA degree or higher in English, Journalism, Professional Writing, Creative Writing, Education, or Communications preferred
– Strong writing and editing skills with experience in external communications
– Project/Change Management experience preferred
– Advanced Microsoft Office skills
– Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish/English preferred
– Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
