Position Description:

Senior Infrastructure Engineers are needed by American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. to design solutions for problems with information technology infrastructure and security. Provide networking and information technology infrastructure projects that promote platform stability, creativity, and compliance. Deploy and configure hardware, as well as administer storage, upgrade systems, monitor, manage performance, and migrate data. perform system integration and administration tasks. Support network load balancers and technical network setup distribution. Establish specialized networks in coordination with corporate partners, and resolve network connectivity concerns. For network infrastructure architecture and configuration projects, make sure to secure the assistance of internal and external partners and vendors.

A master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a closely related STEM discipline is required for the position, as well as two years of experience managing information systems and managing storage infrastructure goods. A minimum of one year must have been spent working in each of the following fields: Analyzing user requirements, creating and designing technical specifications, installing and configuring software using Intune and PowerShell Application Deployment Toolkit, monitoring and maintaining software with the help of Dynatrace, Endpoint Analytics, Microsoft Confirmation Manager, Microsoft EventViewer, Nexthink, and Wireshark, managing end-to-end hardware procurement and decommissioning, infrastructure planning and performance tuning, and using Azure Active Directory, Citrix Xe, It is possible to work remotely up to three days per week.
