We are working with a biotech company that is looking for a remote, part-time contracts specialist to help with analyzing, maintaining, and redlining their commercial contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Review commercial contracts, revise and highlight the same, and seek outside legal advice for more complex issues.
• Process contract requests, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, distribution agreements, and consulting agreements.
• Organize changes and get the feedback you need when needed

Requirements:

Drafting contracts, reviewing contracts, negotiating contracts, reviewing maintenance contracts, vendor contracts, service contracts, and commercial contracts pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, and biopharmaceuticals
