Responsibilities:

  • Define the general direction, goals, and priorities for our support apps based on market research, user feedback, and business objectives.Recognize trends and new technologies that may have an effect on the product plan.
  • Create user experiences in close collaboration with designers that are logical, simple to use, visually appealing, and accomplish corporate objectives.
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation that specify what the feature should accomplish, how it should perform, and how to assess success in order to define and explain the product needs.
  • Lead the team’s software development activities by articulating a vision, prioritizing app features, taking part in technical debates, and assessing trade-offs in light of technical limitations.Plan and implement data-gathering techniques to track and gauge the effectiveness of support apps in addressing user and corporate needs.
  • Analyze user input to understand consumer wants and expectations, pinpoint problem areas, and use that information to inform data-driven decisions that enhance the customer experienceCreate novel concepts and solutions that are both financially and technically viable and that can be implemented in reasonable amounts of time.
  • To ensure the scalability, performance, and market reach of our support offerings, take into account the requirements of Apple’s global customer base, taking into account cultural and regional variances.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience developing websites and/or mobile applications, as well as a working grasp of databases and backend system architecture
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong data interpretation and analytical abilities
  • Current with the newest guidelines and best practices for user interface design
  • Ability to work in international, cross-functional teams and to collaborate well with others
  • Experience as a Product Owner overseeing Agile/Scrum software development projects
  • Outstanding written and vocal communication, presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • A plus is prior customer service or support experience.

Knowledge & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent in an area relevant to computer science or engineering. An MBA or other graduate degree is advantageous.
