Responsibilities:

  • In order to accomplish the objectives of the given products, it is essential to undertake sophisticated and in-depth research on the processes, systems, and desired goals.
  • Prioritize feature development in collaboration with the product manager and SMEs according to the commercial value.
  • Gather needs, develop initial epics/features, then elaborate them into user scenarios that express both functional and non-functional requirements in unambiguous terms.
  • By using artifacts like epics, features, scenarios, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframe diagrams, interaction diagrams, mockups/demos, etc., deliver business requirements.
  • Work together with a variety of teams under the Scrum framework.
  • Hold meetings and record new features, specifications, and tactics.
  • Before promoting to production environments, perform testing, keep track of bugs and improvements, and make sure problems are fixed.
  • Able to juggle a variety of projects and priorities that are always changing.
  • To communicate the impact of a solution and to assist process-driven solutions, use data and analysis.
  • Create business logic and essential KPIs for inclusion in tools and models for decision assistance.
  • Create a problem statement that includes a description of the issue and potential solutions.
  • Investigate the basis of the issue beyond its surface.
  • To create a strong, logical, and perceptible business justification, organize recommendations and supporting information logically.
  • Provide direction for project planning and work estimation that is within scope.
  • Assist in identifying dangers and risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Work together with business unit executives to create and manage connections with internal clients.

Requirements:

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of the idea and tenets of the agile methodology; capacity to implement suitable agile approaches in the software development and delivery processes
  • Knowledge of product features; capability to design, create, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept to production Knowledge of requirement analysis tools, methods, and techniques; capability to elicit, analyze, and record necessary business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project
  • Strong oral, written, and social communication skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and facilitation skills are required, as well as outstanding planning and organizational abilities.
  • Must be doing a satisfactory job in their current role.
  • Consistently puts the security and safety of oneself, others, and personal information first.
  • Embraces varied people, ideas, and ways of doing things.
  • Holds a high school diploma, GED, or other equivalent qualification.
  • Possesses legal permission to work in the US and is at least 18 years old.
