Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers to develop ideal client profiles;
- Analyze the market to identify trends and business possibilities.
- Plan and develop your product’s roadmap.
- Determine and monitor metrics
- Assess and rank the Mina protocol’s unique opportunities and areas for improvement (such as TPS, node operator experience, block time, etc.).
- Create product specifications
- Join forces with the O(1)Labs’ engineering, cryptography, and other teams to create new products and developer tools for the Mina protocol.
- Work together to fulfill the demands of ecosystem members (such as node operators and developers), explain product roadmaps, and take their feedback into account.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of prior product management expertise with one or more successful goods or services
- Knowledge of goods geared at developers, particularly CLIs, APIs, Developer Docs, etc.
- Some familiarity with distributed systems or blockchain
- Strong technical background, ideally in CS or software engineering
- Powerful communication abilities
- Knowledge with technical terms like APIs, GraphQL, distributed systems, blockchains, etc. An advantage is having experience with cryptography or proof systems.
