You will work both on-site and from home depending on operational demands for this position in Celebration, Florida. High-speed internet access and a practical private workplace are necessities while working from home.
Starting salary for this job is $17.85 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Our responsibilities include assisting Members with maintaining their accounts, memberships, and other membership-related issues.
- Using a variety of software programs, we offer DVC Members and inbound exchanges vacation planning services.
- We create exchanges, resort reservations, and other extra services.
- Maintain established levels of service satisfaction and predicted reservation productivity.
- It is simple to adjust to providing new goods and services.
- Fulfill the necessary departmental metrics requirements
- Fulfill all company training and compliance requirements as assigned.
- Cast members might need to handle cleaning products and chemicals.
Requirements:
Basic requirements:
- Experience making reservations for one (1) year in the hotel, travel, or national exchange industries Knowledge of Microsoft Products
- Navigate between various, running computer programs
- An interest in interacting with Disney Vacation Club members who provide guest service
- Work schedule flexibility, including for overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to work remotely and on-site in Celebration, Florida
Preferred credentials:
Experience working in a call center while bilingual Knowledge of the travel sector
