Responsibilities:

Your duties as an Interactive Web Development Manager will entail managing a group of talented and seasoned developers and designers to produce cutting-edge learning and support solutions. This team takes pride in offering solutions that give our support employees and consumers a great experience. The commercial strategy and technological direction of the team are driven by this function. You must efficiently manage your resources to achieve maximum efficiency, and you must collaborate with other business executives to advance various organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of overseeing or managing interactive web production for a large, international enterprise
• Being able to lead teams that provide assistance for multiple business divisions
• Solid understanding of the processes involved in creating web content and instructional design, including the normal time and resources required to deliver work on schedule, to specification, and at a high standard
• Excellent program and project management abilities and knowledge
• The capacity to oversee all aspects of several projects at once and under different time constraints
• Capable of thriving in a constantly changing environment and at ease working with ambiguity
• Effectively empowered, influenced, and impressed at all corporate levels.
• Dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience
• Knowledge of the fundamental front-end development technologies HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks
• Knowledge of creating web content for Learning Management Systems
• Being familiar with the learning standards and requirements for SCORM and Tin Can/xAPI

Knowledge & Experience

• Graphic design, UX, product design, multimedia, eLearning, BA or BFA, or comparable work experienc
• Plus three or more years of relevant job experience and a bachelor’s degree,
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage

Additional Conditions

• Knowledge of contact center training companies
• Understanding of cloud platforms, analytical mindset, and concepts for evaluating the success of web content
• Knowledge of UX design and research procedures
• Knowledge of online audio and video
• Understanding of accessible modern websites
