For the length of a multi-year website redevelopment project, this position will be part-time, working 25 hours per week. The project is expected to conclude in December 2026. Responsibilities:

  • Embry-Riddle websites and digital properties should have their web material updated, reviewed, approved, and improved.
  • oversee the development and organization of both new and old websites.
  • Make sure that site material is accessible, search engine optimized, and user-friendly.
  • Make use of the Team Dynamix ticketing system to finish requests and tasks.
  • Keep up with the latest developments in Google Analytics, SEO best practices, web and content development, accessibility, and usability.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as computer science, journalism, or media
  • At least a year’s worth of expertise in web publishing and content creation
  • Demonstrated expertise with digital content and practical CMS knowledge
  • Skilled and confident communicator who is at ease handling connections with stakeholders
  • Interested in presenting the greatest digital content possible to best represent Embry-Riddle, meticulous and quality-driven
  • Capacity to oversee several requests and projects with different due dates
  • understanding of web accessibility and usability recommended practices
  • An advantage would be familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and Sitecore.
  • Ability to uphold the IT Core Values by being accountable for actions, improving, having faith in our team, learning from mistakes, and demonstrating tenacity, focus, and determination.
