Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive’s appointments and calendar.
  • Organize and manage emails.
  • Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
  • Handle social media management.
  • Establish structure, workflow, and processes.
  • Research technologies and provide recommendations.
  • Administer CRM updates and data entry.
  • Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
  • Assist with project coordination and event planning.
  • Provide support for personal tasks as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Availability during business hours (Mon-Fri) for at least 15 hours per week.
  • Experience in an administrative support role.
  • Home office setup including a computer (Mac or PC) with a minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, and the latest version of MS Office.
  • Fast and reliable internet connection.
  • Smartphone with email capabilities.
  • Designated professional and quiet workspace.
