Responsibilities:

Versatile Assistants are under contract with us right now. duties to be fulfilled include:

Support for Executive Assistants

  • Frequent communication with clients (via phone or video conference)
  • Email management (monitoring/arranging multiple inboxes for every customer)
  • Organizing and managing a busy and intricate calendar, including scheduling appointments both internally and externally for several executives
  • preparing several types of information, including paperwork, spreadsheets, expense reports, and presentations.
  • Travel management includes planning itineraries, reserving tickets, scheduling domestic and international travel, etc.
  • Help with the creation of communications and content, such as emails, webinars, newsletters, and website material.
  • tasks including research
  • assistance in the execution of digital marketing strategies (e.g., planning newsletters or social media posts, etc.)

Operational Assistance

  • Establishing, carrying out, and sustaining workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures
  • Administrative duties related to CRM software

EXAMINATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree is ideal.
  • Prior remote work experience is preferred.
  • More than two years of handling one or more executives’ complicated calendars, travel, and expense reports
  • Available Monday through Friday during business hours to finish tasks, answer calls, etc.
  • 15 hours or more per week minimum availability
  • It is preferred if you have prior expertise managing several clients, accounts, and projects.
  • A computer with the most recent version of Microsoft Office installed (all programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and a Mac (recommended) or PC (including webcam)
  • A dependable and quick internet connection
  • A smartphone that can download different apps and send emails
  • Candidates with experience with popular web applications and software utilized by small company owners will be given preference.
  • Applicants that work full-time jobs or attend full-time classes are not currently accepted.
