Responsibilities:
- Return phone calls and/or email messages.
- Addressing concerns with debit cards, account overdrafts, electronic disputes, problems with online and mobile banking, and inquiries about service fees.
- Carry out a range of activities on the client’s behalf, including check orders, address changes, debit card increases, stop payments, and money transfers.
- Make suitable product and service recommendations to current and potential clients, as well as cross-sell other bank services like Visa Credit Cards.
- Carry out basic chores and assignments in a general manner; aid others in completing more difficult tasks.
- Display adherence to all bank regulations that are relevant to your job and stay current on changes to those requirements.
- Continue to be up-to-date on all of our policies and procedures, including those pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other rules that are relevant to your job.

Additional abilities & credentials:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- At least six months of call center experience
- Intermediate writing, reading, and math abilities.
- Effective oral communication abilities.
- Requires the capacity for multitasking and proficiency with more than 25 software programs.
- Requires proficiency with MS Office and banking software, as well as intermediate computer abilities.
- Through on-the-job cross-training activities and organized training classes, learns the Bank’s processes and procedures for a variety of bank operating functions and marketing Bank products and services.
