For B2C and B2B external audiences, including existing and potential members, dentists, groups, brokers, and corporate audiences, this position is accountable for creating captivating, engaging content and informing strategy across a broad range of online product experiences. The teams that this position will help within the organization include those responsible for product development, marketing, sales, communications, and operations. User-centered thinking, an awareness of user experience (UX) principles, procedures, and techniques, the capacity to create content strategies, and exceptional writing and editing abilities are requirements for this position. This person should have the capacity to mentor other authors in their writing in addition to having a keen eye for detail and a firm command of spelling and punctuation. Best practices for UX writing and content strategy should be followed when writing.
Responsibilities:
- Produces and maintains user-focused material for digital products, such as emails about the products, microcopy for website and mobile interfaces, error warnings, tool tips, FAQs, chatbots, user education, and other content with a focus on clear and compelling copy.
- Creates strategic product material for the company, which necessitates comprehension of the nuances surrounding insurance industry legislation, product attributes, and the healthcare sector.
- Gives complicated concepts a clear, accessible, and interesting presentation with a focus on improving the consumer experience.
- Creates interesting, educational material that is easy to read and scalable across a variety of products to promote brand exposure, engagement, and task fulfillment. produces content that is consistent with brand rules and upholds a coherent brand voice across all platforms and products.
- To continually raise the caliber of our content across channels, partners closely with software developers, web producers, product and/or UX designers, QA testers, and project managers.
- Establishes relationships and gains the trust of the whole organization in order to obtain a thorough understanding of the top projects and business initiatives.
- Conducts research, writes, receives approvals, edits, proofreads, creates test scenarios and test content, collaborates with the design or web team as necessary, and oversees quality control for numerous projects at once in a quick-paced, Agile delivery schedule. regularly checks the accuracy and style of their teammates’ writing.
- Develops content strategies to address potential project issues. Develop content solutions in accordance with the evaluation of users’ needs, problems, and motivations.
- For a variety of products aimed at various audiences, conduct content inventory audits, develop information architecture, and create content strategies. attends user research studies and makes judgments about content based on the findings, which also help to fill in any content shortages.
- Actively participates in establishing our editorial style while conducting research on the most recent business trends and content best practices.

Requirements:
- 4+ with a bachelor’s degree
- Strong UX writer with an outstanding body of work.
- Work independently and without direction. Have experience in an agile setting. Have knowledge of Figma and Jira.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity for teamwork
- At least three years’ worth of experience writing user experiences
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities (requires submission of samples and passing of a test), with the capacity to generate clear, persuasive content and modify tone and voice for various audiences and goods.
- Editorial attitude that tries to comprehend the information our readers are searching for and to engage them in the dialogue knowledge of mobile-first writing, user testing, and research expertise working with Agile teams, including quick adaption and iteration
- Strong time management abilities, including the capacity to handle several projects at once, collaborate well with others, and meet both immediate and long-term deadlines.
- High level of brand devotion, creativity, and detail-orientedness
- Strong editing and proofreading abilities, including knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation, as well as the capacity to educate and advise colleagues on how to write more effectively
- Knowledgeable of usability, accessibility, section 508 compliance, and SEO best practices, with the ability to consistently apply them and mentor coworkers in these practices. Basic understanding of HTML.
