Position Description:
In order to reach your goals, you will be in charge of creating and testing every criterion associated with A/B, multivariate, and split URL campaigns. You will also collaborate with the web development and design teams. To succeed in this profession, a person must have a track record of creating and attaining conversion goal KPIs. The perfect applicant is passionate in advancing digital website optimization. They will be fascinated by data, insights, and the interactions that follow. They are confident in transforming wireframe ideas into experiences that add value and increase revenue.
Important Responsibilities
- oversee all projects including conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Owner of the A/B testing execution and roadmap
- Utilize user research, website analytics, and other types of data to improve lead-based marketing conversion rates.
- Control all analytics platforms, activities, and objectives.
- Work together with the design team to develop journeys for important audiences that convert.
- Ensure that the coding expertise complies with the criteria by working together with the development team.
- Define and oversee all landing pages and user journeys.
- To maximize their traffic ROI, collaborate with all channel players.
- Produce testing dashboards and reports in collaboration with Marketing Performance Management (MPM) analytics.
Requirements
- Experienced in UI/UX design, web optimization, and analytics with three to five years of conversion rate optimization expertise. Expert in using A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, Unbounce, or Content Square
- A plus would be extensive knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, DataStudio GA, and/or Google Ads.
- testing, optimizing, and having expertise with responsive websites, landing pages, and other digital assets
- demonstrated aptitude for creating inventive and efficient testing strategies
- knowledge of the B2B SaaS marketing sector
- able to successfully juggle numerous activities at once while meeting deadlines, and at ease with ambiguity in a quickly changing growing environment.
