Twitch includes designers at all phases of development, from ideation to execution and iteration. You’ll conduct practical research and work directly with engineers. You will succeed on our team if you are an advocate for designing for humans and produce entertaining and considerate software for your users.

Additionally, Irvine, CA, Seattle, WA, and Salt Lake City, UT, are possible locations for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn from streamers and viewers about how they use our services and their goals for the future as you collaborate with a team of product managers, engineers, and designers.
  • Think outside the box to find solutions that will support streamer communities. Contribute to the Twitch design community by repurposing and refining current patterns and techniques.
  • Combine qualitative and quantitative data to develop theories about customer motivations. By participating in design reviews and feedback sessions, you may share your work with others.

Requirements:

Your ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: A good sense of aesthetics, at least six months of professional expertise in UX design, or experience in a relevant creative field, is required. You should also have empathy for the users of your software or products.
