Responsibilities:
- Create interactive mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and prototypes to express design concepts and interactions.
- Create user-friendly online and mobile application interfaces to provide a smooth user experience.
- To validate and iterate on design solutions, use user-centered design methodologies, such as usability testing.
- Work together with visual designers to provide aesthetically beautiful and dependable designs that adhere to brand specifications.
- Promote optimal UX ideas and practices inside the company by informing and influencing stakeholders.
- To understand user habits, requirements, and motivations, do user research and acquire insights.
Requirements:
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)
- Creating user experiences for websites and/or mobile apps for at least two years.
- A good portfolio displaying your UX design abilities and approach, as well as shown expertise in a relevant position such as UX Designer or Specialist.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, interface design, and user-centered design principles.
- Strong familiarity with accessibility norms, responsive design principles, and online and mobile design guidelines.
- Ability to use Figma or other comparable tools to create interactive mockups, prototypes, and wireframes.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are required to work well with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- The capacity to multitask, adhere to deadlines, and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Consistently puts the security and safety of oneself, others, and personal information first.
- Embraces varied people, ideas, and ways of doing things.
- Holds a high school diploma, GED, or other equivalent qualification.
- Possesses legal permission to work in the US and is at least 18 years old.
WHAT (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS) WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE
- Degree in design, human-computer interface, or comparable field.
- Knowledge of user experience and digital accessibility design best practices.
