Responsibilities:
- Helping walk-in clients, taking incoming calls, and responding to inquiries from slab customers via email and fax will all be done from the slab-sales desk.
- Will also manage slab order data entry utilizing an internal system and Excel.
- Collaborate closely with the staff at the order desk, showroom, and warehouse
- Offer direct customer service by giving sales help in person, over the phone, and through other channels.
- Offer clients the best purchasing, product delivery, and after-sales experience possible.
- Must feel at ease getting up and moving about for portions of the day because they will be on their feet displaying clients products.

HAVE TO
- Experience in face-to-face customer service, either in retail or administration
- GED or HS diploma
