Justifications for applying to work as a bilingual call center interpreter

• $15 per hour at home; long-term contract
• A minimum of 37 hours per week assisting community members to connect

Responsibilities:

• Handling calls as they come in a quiet home office
• A wide range of businesses, including healthcare, government, insurance, finance, travel, and hospitality, can benefit from assistance with Spanish/English discussions.
• translating easy, difficult, or technical Spanish-English talks

Requirements:

• Speaks Spanish and English with ease
• Capable of working at least 37 hours per week
• Preferably, you have education or experience working in education or translation.
• Manual dexterity to write notes or type

Additional technical specifications:

• Using a personal iPhone or Android device
• High-speed Internet access for use in electronic communications for work.
• Paper shredder to get rid of call notes made by hand
