Position Description

The Training Specialist is the key person who would identify business needs, create, and deliver efficient learning & performance-focused programs to support the business strategy. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of training for the GPS/Global teams within Career Management and develop, promote, maintain, and manage designated learning programs. A successful candidate for this role will have 4+ years of experience developing learning solutions through multi-modalities, including eLearning, VLT, ILT, and video.

Responsibilities

1. Identify business needs, create, and deliver effective learning and performance-focused programs to support the business/group strategy.
2. Develop, promote, maintain, and actively manage designated learning programs.
3. Ensure the effective and efficient execution of all program components, including ensuring change management and communications are in place.
4. Manage all aspects of training for the GPS/Global teams within Career Management.
5. Assist in the creation of online training courses using Articulate Rise 360.
6. Manage vendor relationships for translation services including uploading materials into online learning tools.
7. Manage content within the LMS.
8. Update existing presentations into Global Template and identify key courses to be added to the online library for reference training.
9. Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience developing learning solutions through multi-modalities, including eLearning, VLT, ILT, and video
2. Advanced Knowledge in Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline
3. Instructional design experience with knowledge of PowerPoint, specifically in content layout, maintaining existing files, and presentation building – 2+ years
4. Previous PM experience – complex projects
5. Attention to detail & proactive
6. Must have a portfolio to showcase prior training materials and tests designed
