The Onboarding specialist is a high-impact, high-visibility role that helps e-commerce sites adopt the Buy with Prime product. This role will facilitate and own the Buy with Prime customer’s end-to-end e-commerce onboarding experience. Onboarding specialists will use a consultative approach to assist e-commerce customers in creating a best Buy with Prime shopper experience on their Direct to Consumer (DTC) site. They will collaborate closely with product teams to delve deeply into product functionality and develop SOPs for Sales and Agencies to aid merchant adoption of the Buy with Prime product.

Responsibilities:

• Offering a consultative approach to onboarding e-commerce customers on the Buy with Prime product, including analysis and analytics tailored to their business and technical needs.
• Manage the launch of Buy with Prime for customers.
• Collaborate across departments to put solutions in place (e.g., Sales, Product, Tech).
• Use technical expertise and business experience to convince key customer stakeholders of the value of the Buy with Prime product.
• Think strategically and deliver results by supporting sales and agency initiatives.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS degree or comparable experience
• 5 years of professional experience in technology business development, sales, program management, or customer onboarding/implementation is required.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master of Arts
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Our pay is based on the cost of labor in several US geographic markets. The starting salary for this position is $118,400 per year in our lowest geographic market and $220,200 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is determined by a variety of factors, including market location, and may differ based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a company that provides total compensation.
