Tech Writer to collaborate with several SMEs in the division to produce technical documents and materials according to needs analysis. Technical SOP, user manuals, onboarding manuals, standards, job descriptions for employees, material for knowledge transfer and handoffs, project documentation, etc. are all examples of documentation.

This individual will gather and analyze technical facts or information, plan the publication’s layout, and simplify and record the capturing process. will work with various teams/SMEs and have a number of deliverables that may overlap.

This position is remote.

Responsibilities:

• Documentation should be written and published for a range of audiences.
• Work together with developers, program managers, product managers, engineers, and leadership.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, technical writing, or a similar subject, or equivalent work experience. five years of technical writing experience in documentation. experience in editing and writing.
• In managing a documentation set’s processes and projects.
• Knowledge of help tools and/or content management systems.
• Proven ability to solve problems and be innovative.
