Position Description:
As a Technical Expert, you assist new owners in getting started and current owners in receiving rapid, efficient service, while building strong, positive relationships with Apple. When a customer calls for help, you rapidly examine their issue. You occasionally assist consumers by providing advise or a solution on the spot, utilizing your understanding of current Apple technology to assist with iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices. At times, you send consumers to members of the support team, who get them back up and running. You even offer personal training to new customers, assisting them in acquiring the fundamental skills required to begin working on photo, video, and music projects. Your dedication to providing excellent customer service benefits the entire shop staff. You contribute to our success by assisting Apple in maintaining great customer relationships.

- As customers come, you must be able to analyze their support needs and either provide solutions or refer them to other team members.
- Flexibility in rotating among several technical specialties and skill sets on a regular basis
- Capacity to thrive in the face of change as products evolve
