Responsibilities:
- Influence, oversee, and assist in implementing the DnA roadmap. Own, direct, and automate SPEAR’s business operations programs, particularly those pertaining to finances, headcount, and budget.
- Establish systems to monitor the progress and health of projects.
- Define business needs, functional requirements, and success criteria in partnership with customers.
- Promote ongoing system operations improvement through tool development and automation
- Implement root cause analysis
- Provide an executive level report on the state of our services.
- Inform customers of announcements regarding new procedures and improvements
- Execute and complete projects on your own.
Requirements:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Engineering, computer science, or a related field bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience managing technical products or programs
- 4+ years of expertise in the project management disciplines of scope, schedule, budget, and quality as well as risk and critical path management
- Knowledge of roadmap definition and strategy
- Expertise in developing and assessing technical designs at the system level
- Knowledge in creating, carrying out, and delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Technical program management expertise working with cross-functional teams, developing procedures, and arranging release schedules
- Knowledge of business intelligence reporting, analytics, and visualization techniques and technologies (such as AWS QuickSight, Tableau, and PowerBI).
FAVORABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience working closely with engineering teams
- Knowledge of design for scalability, performance, and reliability; experience leading and managing cloud software services
