Position Description

That’s No Moon is an independent studio of storytellers and game-makers, seeking a Technical Producer to manage and deliver key technical aspects of a AAA action-adventure game. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management or business administration, with strong skills in Jira, Shotgun/ShotGrid, software engineering, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

The Technical Producer will lead a team of developers to adhere to a vision, within scope and schedule constraints for technical gameplay and related systems. They should update and manage the plans, schedules and related task tracking database across key features and/or milestone deliverables, work closely with production and engineering department leadership to drive decision-making that achieves both the project goals and company values, and monitor the team and project health by communicating risks to leadership.

Qualifications

The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience as an Associate Producer or Project Manager, strong time managerial skills, high emotional intelligence, and high attention to detail.
